Vortex spun yarn consists in two-segmented structure which includes core and wrapper fibers which covers the core part of the fiber grouping the yarn body. Since fiber separation occurs everywhere in the outer periphery of the fiber bundle, a higher number of wrapper fibers are obtained with jet-spun yarns.
